Perseverance and persistency are critical success factors for any
athlete in order to achieve maximum impact in their game. That’s no
different for the soccer player. To do your best and improve your
level of soccer skills, you must train in an environment where
learning and refining skills are the main priorities.
Our series of 12 x 2-hour clinics are designed to provide the ideal
environment for soccer players to build, refine and apply new skills
over a sustained period of time, specifically:
- Learn new and refine existing individual fast footwork, passing,
receiving, ground and aerial control, finishing, heading, shielding
and tackling skills (i.e. Improve their technical execution);
- Apply new and refined soccer skills in 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4
game situations (i.e. Improve their tactical decision making);
- Develop speed, agility and explosive power specific for soccer
players wanting that little extra competitive edge on the playing
field (i.e. Improve their physical presence); and
- Develop mental toughness through individual and small group goal
setting during and throughout all sessions (i.e. Improve their
psychological power)
1st Hour: Soccer Skills Training with Soccer Coach
2nd Hour: Speed/Agility & Power Training with Ignite Performance
Coach
+ Homework: In between each clinic, each player is required
to complete soccer homework assignments. |
